Born & raised in rural Western Pennsylvania, Andy moved to Fairless Hills, Bucks County in 1972 to take a position at US Steel, Fairless Works. Andy worked as a Millwright for 30 years. It was during that time that he purchased land in Towamensing Trails and had a vacation home built. In 1999 he met Jeanne Bingham, a Realtor with Pocono Resorts Realty, as fate would have it, they fell in love and married in 2002. In 2002 Andy obtained his real estate license and a whole new career began. Andy enjoys renting vacation homes, and selling and listing too.
